The first step to development of an individualized treatment plan is a psychiatric evaluation.  This includes collecting a thorough health, social, developmental, and psychiatric history. This appointment will include gathering collateral records, utilization of assessment tools, and extensive interview.  This detailed information allows us to identify an accurate diagnosis and discuss treatment options including but not limited to counseling and psychiatric medication management.  If clinically appropriate, psychiatric medications may be prescribed at this appointment.

We are currently contracted with Regence, First Choice, Tricare, Medicare, Kaiser PPO, Aetna, and Premera plans.  We also accept cash payment and can provide you with an itemized bill if you would like to seek reimbursement through your insurer independently.  To schedule your first appointment, please complete the screening forms through the link below.  If we have availability, someone will contact you to schedule.  Please note that due to the high volume of referrals, we are not able to return calls to all prospective clients.
